SONGNOX® 1076 CP Antioxidant

This primary antioxidant is usable in PE, PU, PVC, styrenics, PVB, acrylics, and elastomers. It is effective in reducing viscosity change and gel formation during polymer processing. It provides excellent long-term heat stability, and it protects physical properties during storage and use of the end product. It is non-discoloring, non-staining, odorless, and tasteless. It exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with secondary antioxidants such as SONGNOX® 1680. It is usable with benzotriazoles for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor applications.

SONGNOX® 1076 CP Antioxidant

VANOX® 945 Antioxidant

This product offers superior scorch protection when used in polyol, which allows for greater compound flexibility. It is usable to boost existing polyol inhibitor packages, especially during hot-and-humid summer months when scorch is a more-prevalent issue. It is less volatile than competitive products, which may improve air quality and fogging test results. It is better at retarding color development when exposed to NOX, which results in less discoloration of foams, especially during long-term storage.

VANOX® 986 Antioxidant

VANOX 986 is a patent-pending, PTZ-free scorch inhibitor for use in the production of polyurethane slabstock foam. It features reduced levels of additives that affect color stability, which reduces yellowing and pinking during warehouse storage of the foam. VANOX 986 is a process-friendly, liquid blend designed for easy transfer into polyol tanks. The typical loading is 0.5%.
