Vistamaxx® 3980FL Propylene-based Elastomer

Vistamaxx® 3980FL is a dust-free propylene-based olefinic elastomer, primarily composed of isotactic propylene repeat units with random ethylene distribution, produced using ExxonMobilL Chemical's Exxpol™ Catalyst Technology. The 'FL' designates a high purity grade with very low gel content, making it suitable for premium and performance film and molding applications. Vistamaxx® 3980FL is suitable for a wide range of cast and blown film, molding and various polymer modifications and compounding applications. It can be blended with PP, PE and other polyolefins for softening, stress-whitening and impact improvement. It also has excellent adhesion to conventional and metallocene PP and PE for exceptional extrusion coating, lamination and tie-layer performance. Vistamaxx® 3980FL has low seal temperature combined with high seal strength when used as a sealing layer of co-extruded structures. It has good optical properties and good resistance to aqueous systems and non-hydrocarbon based fluids. It is also FDA compliant for food contact applications, as well as being RoHS compliant.

Vistamaxx® 6202 Propylene-based Elastomer

Vistamaxx® 6202 is a dust-free propylene-based olefinc elastomer produced using ExxonMobil Chemical's Exxpol™ Catalyst Technology. It has excellent elastomeric properties, is easy to process and is compatible with a wide variety of materials. It is particularly good for thermoplastic and polyolefinic blends where a balance of flexibility, transparency and impact performance is required. With a Melt Index over 5 times greater than Vistamaxx® 6102, Vistamaxx® 6202 is suitable for a wide range of blown and cast film applications, extrusion coating and laminating, as well as calendered or extruded sheet/profiles, injection molded goods and nonwovens. It has excellent adhesion to conventional or metallocene PP and PE. It has very good elasticity and toughness, plus very low seal initiation temperature combined with high seal strength when used as sealing layer or co-extruded structures. It also has very good chemical and heat-aging resistance. Vistamaxx® 6202 is RoHS compliant.

Vistamaxx® 6102 Propylene-based Elastomer

Vistamaxx® 6102 is a dust-free propylene-based olefinic elastomer produced using ExxonMobil Chemical's Exxpol Catalyst Technology. It has excellent elastomeric properties, is easy to process and is compatible with a wide variety of materials. It is particularly good for thermoplastic and polyolefinic blends where a balance of flexibility, transparency and impact performance is required. Vistamaxx® 6102 is suitable for a wide range of blown and cast film applications, as well as calendered or extruded profiles, and foamed or blow-molded goods and nonwovens. It has very good elasticity and toughness, plus very low seal initiation temperature combined with high seal strength when used as sealing layer of co-extruded structures. It also has very good chemical and heat-aging resistance. Vistamxx® 6120 is RoHS compliant.

Vistamaxx® 3000 Propylene-based Elastomer

Vistamaxx® 3000 is a dust-free propylene-based elastomer produced by ExxonMobil Chemical's Exxpol™ Technology. It has moderate elastomeric properties, is easy to process, is compatible with a wide variety of hydrocarbon-based polymers and is available in free-flowing pellets. Vistamaxx® 3000 is suitable for a wide range of blown and cast film applications, as well as extrusion coatings and lamination applications. It has very good elasticity, toughness and clarity, with very good chemical and long term aging resistance, and is RoHS compliant. Vistamaxx® 3000 has low seal initiation temperature combined with high seal strength when used as a sealing layer of co-extruded structures.

Vistamaxx® 3020FL Propylene-based Elastomer

Vistamaxx® 3020FL is dust-free propylene-based elastomer. This olefinic elastomer primarily composed of isotactic propylene repeat units with random ethylene distribution, produced by ExxonMobil Chemical's Exxpol™ Catalyst Technology. The 'FL' designates this is a high purity grade with very low gel content, making it suitable for premium and performance film and molding applications. Vistamaxx® 3020FL can be blended with PP, PE and other polyolefins. It has excellent tear and puncture resistance with good processability for stretch hood cores. It provides good optical, sealing and organoleptic properties, as well as good chemical resistance to aqueous systems and non-hydrocarbon based fluids. Vistamaxx® 3020FL is both FDA and RoHS compliant.
