SONGNOX® 2450 PW Antioxidant

A high performance, sterically-hindered phenolic antioxidant that protects the polymer against thermo-oxidative degradation during the manufacturing process and end-use application. It is an effective antioxidant for acrylics, styrenics, synthetic rubbers, polyurethanes, polyamides, polyesters, MBS and PVC. It exhibits low volatility, good color stability, good solubility in polar polymers, extraction resistance, and no odor. It can also be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use, and it exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with thioester antioxidants. This product is FDA-listed for food packaging applications.

SONGNOX® 1035 PW Antioxidant

Provides both primary and secondary antioxidant protection for organic polymers. It is an especially effective antioxidant in PE. It is compatible with a wide range of organic substrates and can be used with a broad range of other stabilizers for optimum performance. The high molecular weight and low volatility provide long-term heat stability. This product is nondiscoloring, nonstaining, odorless, and tasteless. It is FDA-listed for use in food packaging adhesives.

SONGNOX® 1024 PW Antioxidant

SONGNOX® 1024 is a metal deactivator and antioxidant for wire & cable, adhesive (both hot melt and solution), and powder coating applications. It is effective in PE, PP, Crosslinked PE, EPDM, styrenic elastomers, nylon, PU, polyacetal, and styrenic copolymers, and can be used as the primary antioxidant or can be used in combination with hindered phenolic antioxidants (particularly SONGNOX® 1010) to achieve synergistic performance.

SONGNOX® 1010 PW Antioxidant

SONGNOX® 1010 is a versatile and highly effective primary antioxidant for organic polymers PE, PP, POM, PA, PET, PVC, and elastomers. It is very effective for reducing viscosity change and gel formation in polymer processing, and provides long term heat stability to protect physical properties during both storage and use of the end product. SONGNOX® 1010 exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with SONGNOX® 1680 and other secondary antioxidants, and can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor use. SONGNOX® 1010 is FDA listed in 21 CFR 178.2010, Antioxidants and/or stabilizers for polymers, as well as being FDA listed in 21 CFR 175.105, Adhesives for food packaging.

A primary antioxidant for organic polymers. It is effective in reducing viscosity change and gel formation during polymer processing. It provides long-term heat stability and protects physical properties during the use and storage of the end-product. It exhibits a synergistic effect when used in combination with SONGNOX® 1680 and other secondary antioxidants. This product is highly effective in plastics, high impact polystyrene, ABS terpolymer, PVC, and polyamides. It is very effective in polyurethanes, adhesives, and elastomers such as EPDM, SBS, and rubber blends with polyolefins, as well as in natural and synthetic tackifier resins.

AGERITE® SUPERLITE® Antioxidant

Nonstaining, non-discoloring general purpose antioxidant in white and light colored stocks. For automotive and appliance products where lacquer or enamel staining cannot be tolerated. Non-blooming.

AGERITE® SUPERLITE® SOLID Powder Antioxidant

Nonstaining, non-discoloring general purpose antioxidant in white and light colored stocks. For automotive and appliance products where lacquer or enamel staining cannot be tolerated. Non-blooming.

VANOX® MBPC Powder Antioxidant

For NR, SR and latexes. Nonstaining and non-discoloring antioxidant in white- or light-colored stocks. Effective copper inhibitor in NR, CR and their latices. 1 to 2 phr provides good resistance to heat and oxidation.

SONGNOX® 1330 FF Antioxidant

SONGNOX® 1330 is a primary antioxidant for organic polymers that works especially well in PE and PP cable insulation and films because of its excellent dielectrical properties and high resistance to thermo-oxidative degradation. It is extraction resistant in water-quenched PP film lines, not absorbed by filler in polyolefins and exhibits high performance in controlling degradation in polyolefins. SONGNOX® 1330 can be blended with HALS or combinations of HALS and UV stabilizers for light-stable grade products. It is an antioxidant for SBS, polyamides, polyesters and synthetic fibers, and does not have to be used with a metal deactivator.

A sterically-hindered liquid, primary antioxidant that can be used in a wide range of organic polymers such as ABS, PE, PVC, and rubbers such as BR, NBR, and SBR. It can be used in synthetic fibers, waxes, fats and oils. It is an effective nondiscoloring stabilizer that provides excellent long-term stability. It exhibits a synergistic effect in combination with phosphites, and can be used with benzotriazoles or HALS for thermal and light stabilization in outdoor applications.

SONGNOX® 1520 LQ Antioxidant

SONGNOX® 1520 LQ is a liquid phenolic antioxidant for organic substrates such as elastomers, plastics, adhesives sealants, oil and lubricants. It is an effective thermo-oxidative stabilizer of solution polymerized, emulsion polymerized and thermoplastic elastomers such as BR, IR, NBR, NR SBR, SBS and SIS. SONGNOX® 1520 LQ can be used with secondary antioxidants and hindered-amine light stabilizers (HALS), but is not recommended for odor sensitive applications.

It is an efficient antioxidant for polyamide fibers, molded articles and films.

SONGNOX® 2590 PW Antioxidant

SONGNOX 2590 PW is a primary antioxidant for organic polymers, providing excellent processing and long-term thermal stability with excellent color retention. It is easily dispersed into the polymer by extrusion compounding, and is extraction resistant. SONGNOX 2590 PW Antioxidant is a non-coloring stabilizer for plastics, synthetic fibers and elastomers. It can be used in polyolefins, polyesters, polyols, polyurethanes, elastomers and adhesives. It is especially suited for polyacetals, and can be used in combination with UVA and HALS.

SONGNOX® 3114 FF Antioxidant

A very high melting point, trifunctional hindered phenol that is frequently used in combination with a phosphite antioxidant in high temperature hot melts. The combination of hindered phenol and phosphite is recognized as an excellent stabilizer system for black polymer hot melts. When used by itself, it is both nonstaining and nondiscoloring.

SONGNOX® 3114 PW Antioxidant

A very high melting point, trifunctional hindered phenol that is frequently used in combination with a phosphite antioxidant in high temperature hot melts. The combination of hindered phenol and phosphite is recognized as an excellent stabilizer system for black polymer hot melts. When used by itself, it is both nonstaining and nondiscoloring.
